As used in subparts B through G of this part:

1. (a) Secretary means the Secretary of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
2. (b) Member bank means any bank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.
3. (c) Institution has the same meaning as that assigned to it in subpart A of this part, and includes any foreign bank with a representative office in the United States.
