The Commission shall report annually to Congress regarding its compliance with the requirements of the Government in the Sunshine Act and of this part, including:

1. (a) A tabulation of the total number of Commission meetings open to the public;
2. (b) The total number of such meetings closed to the public;
3. (c) The reasons for closing such meetings; and
4. (d) A description of any litigation brought against the Commission under the Sunshine Act, including any costs assessed against the Commission in such litigation (whether or not paid by the Commission).
