The Office of Enforcement—
- (a) Develops policies and programs for enforcement of NRC requirements;
- (b) Manages major enforcement action;
- (c) Assesses the effectiveness and uniformity of Regional enforcement actions; and
- (d) Manages the NRC allegation program.
