This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample is a plastic water dome,

known as "Dudley's Easter Dome" (item number
12085), which measures approximately 4 inches
high with a 2.75 inch base diameter. It
contains a comical-looking bunny holding an
Easter egg.

RATE OF DUTY : 3.4 percent ad valorem.
