Councils funded by this chapter shall encourage representatives from the following:

1. (a) Public child welfare services, including the following:

   1. (1) The county welfare or children’s services department.
   2. (2) The probation department.
   3. (3) Licensing agencies.

2. (b) The criminal justice system, including the following:

   1. (1) Law enforcement.
   2. (2) The office of the district attorney.
   3. (3) The courts.
   4. (4) The coroner.

3. (c) Prevention and treatment services communities, including the following:

   1. (1) Medical and mental health services.
   2. (2) Community-based social services.
   3. (3) Public and private schools.

4. (d) Community representatives, including the following:

   1. (1) Community volunteers.
   2. (2) Civic organizations.
   3. (3) The religious community.
