The office shall do all of the following:
- (a) Prepare and execute grants with the successful applicants for the prevention training centers and primary prevention programs.
- (b) Monitor and evaluate primary prevention programs and prevention training centers.
- (c) Notify any local child abuse prevention council when a primary prevention program grant award has been made in its service area.
