(f)
(1) From July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, inclusive, due to the ongoing impacts of child care and development facility closures and low child attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related public health directives, the Superintendent shall reimburse a contracting agency for a California state preschool program pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 8207) of Chapter 2 of Part 6 of Division 1 of Title 1 of the Education Code, a general child care and development program pursuant to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 10240), a family child care home education network pursuant to Chapter 8 (commencing with 10250), a migrant child care and development program pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 10235), or child care and development services for children with special needs pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 10260) that meets one of the following requirements:
