§ 4401
Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 4401

Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.
As used in this division:
(a) “Department” means the State Department of Developmental Services.
(b) “Director” means the Director of Developmental Services.
(c) “State hospital” means any hospital specified in Section 4440.
