For convenience in entering payments of the installment for bonds, the board shall furnish to the county treasurer of each county affected, an annual collection list setting forth the following:

1. (a) The reference number of each tract of land assessed.
2. (b) The name of the owner to whom assessed, as stated in the original assessment list.
3. (c) The total amount assessed upon each tract and the amount to be collected thereon for that year.
