The secretary shall enter in the records of the board a statement of the result of the election as soon as it is declared. The statement shall show:
- (a) The whole number of votes cast in the district, and in each division.
- (b) The names of the persons voted for.
- (c) The office to fill which each person was voted for.
- (d) The number of votes cast in each precinct for each person voted for.
- (e) The number of votes cast in each division for the office of director.
