The notice of the formation election shall contain:
- (a) The date of the election.
- (b) A description of the boundaries of the proposed district.
- (c) The name of the proposed district, which name shall contain the words “County Water District.”
- (d) A statement that the first directors will be elected at that election, who will take office if the district is formed.
