Effective Jan 1, 2012Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 325, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2012. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 3.5, commencing with Section 40240.
This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2016, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2016, deletes or extends that date.
