- (a) A temporary license issued pursuant to Section 13382 or 13389 shall contain a notice that the person may be able to regain driving privileges with the installation of an ignition interlock device, that financial assistance may be available for that purpose, and a contact for obtaining more information regarding the ignition interlock program.
- (b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
- (c) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2033, and as of that date is repealed.
