Such notice of election shall contain:

1. (a) The time and place of holding the election.
2. (b) The amount of money proposed to be raised for construction or improvement.
3. (c) The purpose for which such money is to be used, including a brief description of the proposed work and materials to be used.
4. (d) Whether it is proposed to raise the amount in one or more years, stating the number of years and the amount to be raised each year.
5. (e) Whether it is proposed to levy a tax annually for maintenance and for what period any such tax is proposed.
