Effective Jun 27, 2013Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 33, Sec. 1. Effective June 27, 2013. Repealed as of January 1, 2017, by its own provisions, or sooner under under condition in Section 6187. Note: Termination clause affects Article 5, commencing with Section 6174.
This article shall be operative on July 1, 2013, and shall become inoperative on July 1, 2016. As of January 1, 2017, this article is repealed. A tax imposed by this article shall continue to be due and payable until the tax is paid.
