Effective Jan 1, 1999Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 486, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1999.
  1. (a) The authority shall be governed by the Executive Committee of the Coachella Valley Association of Governments.
  2. (b) A district shall be governed by the elected legislative body of that particular political entity.
