1. (a) BART to Warm Springs, sponsored by the Bay Area Rapid Transit District.
2. (b) BART from Warm Springs to Milpitas, San Jose, and Santa Clara, sponsored by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.
3. (c) San Francisco Muni Third Street Light-Rail Transit Project: Phase 2-New Central Subway, sponsored by the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and San Francisco Muni.
4. (d) BART/Oakland Airport Connector, sponsored by the Bay Area Rapid Transit District.
5. (e) Caltrain Downtown Extension/Rebuilt Transbay Terminal, sponsored by the San Francisco County Transportation Authority.
6. (f) Caltrain Rapid Rail/Electrification, sponsored by the Joint Powers Board (Caltrain).
7. (g) Caltrain Express/Phase 1, sponsored by the Joint Powers Board (Caltrain).
8. (h) Downtown to East Valley Light-Rail and Bus Rapid Transit: Phases 1 and 2, sponsored by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.
9. (i) Capitol Corridor: Phase 1 Expansion, sponsored by the Capitol Corridor Joint Powers Authority.
10. (j) AC Transit Oakland/San Leandro Bus Rapid Transit: Phase 1 (Enhanced Bus), sponsored by AC Transit.
11. (k) Regional Express Bus: Phase 1, sponsored by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
