Any waiver by a settlor of the obligation of the trustee of either of the following is against public policy and shall be void:

1. (a) To provide the terms of the trust to the beneficiary as required by Sections 16060.7 and 16061.5.
2. (b) To provide requested information to the beneficiary as required by Section 16061.
