This division does not authorize consent to any of the following on behalf of a patient:

1. (a) Commitment to or placement in a mental health treatment facility.
2. (b) Convulsive treatment (as defined in Section 5325 of the Welfare and Institutions Code).
3. (c) Psychosurgery (as defined in Section 5325 of the Welfare and Institutions Code).
4. (d) Sterilization.
5. (e) Abortion.
