As used in this article, the following definitions apply:
- (a) “District” means any regional park district, regional park and open-space district, or regional open-space district formed pursuant to this article.
- (b) “He” or “he or she” means they.
- (c) “Him” or “him or her” means them.
- (d) “His” or “his or her” means their.
