“Recycled-content high grade, bleached printing and writing papers” means any of the following papers:

1. (a) Offset printing, mimeograph, and duplicator paper.
2. (b) Stationery, bond, and office paper.
3. (c) High-speed copier paper.
4. (d) Envelopes without plastic address windows.
5. (e) Form bond, including computer paper and carbonless forms.
6. (f) Book papers.
7. (g) Ledger, cover stock, and cotton fiber papers having a secondary wastepaper, as defined in Section 42204, or postconsumer wastepaper, as defined in Section 42203, content of at least 50 percent by weight.
