The California Ocean Resources Management Program consists of all of the following:

1. (a) The Ocean Resources Task Force.
2. (b) The California Ocean Resources Advisory Committee.
3. (c) The report and plan prepared and adopted pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 36500).
