For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

1. (a) “Chancellor” means the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges.
2. (b) “Energy Commission” means the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission.
3. (c) “Local education agency,” “local educational agency,” or “LEA” means a school district, county office of education, charter school, or state special school.
4. (d) “Job Creation Fund” means the Clean Energy Job Creation Fund established in Section 26205.
