The regional SAFE teams may consist of officers and agents from the following law enforcement agencies:

1. (a) Police departments.
2. (b) Sheriff’s departments.
3. (c) The Bureau of Investigations of the Office of the District Attorney.
4. (d) County probation departments.

5. (e) To the extent that these agencies have available resources, the following law enforcement agencies:

   1. (1) The Department of Justice.
   2. (2) The Department of the California Highway Patrol.
   3. (3) The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
   4. (4) The Federal Bureau of Investigation.
