Funds appropriated to the Central Valley Rural Crime Prevention Program shall be allocated by the Controller and distributed according to the following schedule:

| Kern County | 17% |
| Kings County | 8.5% |
| Madera County | 5.5% |
| Merced County | 8.5% |
| San Joaquin County | 8.5% |
| Stanislaus County | 8.5% |
| Tulare County | 20.5% |
