As used in this title, and for the purpose of this title, the following words shall have the following meanings:

1. (a) “Committee” means the 1986 County Correctional Facility Capital Expenditure Finance Committee created by Section 4483.
2. (b) “Fund” means the 1986 County Correctional Facility Expenditure Fund.
3. (c) “County juvenile facilities” means county juvenile halls, juvenile homes, ranches, or camps, and other juvenile detention facilities.
