For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
- (a) “Department” means the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- (b) “Home” means a veterans home located in Barstow, Chula Vista, Fresno, Lancaster, Redding, Ventura, West Los Angeles, or Yountville.
