Effective Jan 1, 2010Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 223, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2010. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Part 8.5, comprising Sections 2050 to 2068.
This part shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2014, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2014, deletes or extends that date.
