Effective Jan 1, 2014Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 374, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2014. Repealed as of January 1, 2017, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Part 4.5, comprising Sections 1450 to 1454.
This part shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2017, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2017, deletes or extends that date.
