Effective Sep 30, 2008Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 607, Sec. 11. Effective September 30, 2008. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12701. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12701.
Notwithstanding Section 12739, funds placed in the Major Risk Medical Insurance Fund pursuant to Section 1341.45 of the Health and Safety Code shall not be continuously appropriated.
