Effective Jul 30, 1991Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 278, Sec. 11.1. Effective July 30, 1991. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.15. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.15.
“Health education services relating to tobacco use” means tobacco use prevention and education services, including, when appropriate, tobacco use cessation services, in accordance with protocols established by the board in coordination with the Tobacco Control Section of the State Department of Health Services.
