Effective Aug 11, 2003Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 230, Sec. 26. Effective August 11, 2003. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.15. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.15.
“Board” means the Managed Risk Medical Insurance Board created pursuant to Section 12710.
