Effective Aug 11, 2003Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 230, Sec. 25. Effective August 11, 2003. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.15. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.15.
“Applicant” means an individual who applies for coverage through the program.
