Effective Jul 12, 2006Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 74, Sec. 43. Effective July 12, 2006. Inoperative July 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 12699.15. Repealed as of January 1, 2016, pursuant to Section 12699.15.
“AIM-linked infant” means any infant born to a woman whose enrollment in the Access for Infants and Mothers Program begins after June 30, 2004.
