No plan shall be approved by the court unless the court is satisfied that the plan is fair and equitable and does not discriminate in favor of any class of investors, creditors, certificate holders or other persons affected thereby and is feasible. In case an insurer has outstanding mortgage participation certificates issued under one or more than one mortgage participation trust, the holders of mortgage participation certificates in each of such trusts may be considered as one class.
