The commissioner shall suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter if the commissioner determines that the licensee has:
- (a) Used any letterhead, advertisement, or other printed matter, or in any matter whatever represented that he or she is an instrumentality of the federal government, a state, or any political subdivision thereof.
- (b) Used a name different than that under which he or she is currently licensed in an advertisement, solicitation, or contract for business.
