The provisions of Sections 112210 and 112215, with respect to labeling requirements, shall not apply to any of the following:

1. (a) Shellstock held in dry storage under refrigerated conditions not for shipment or sale.
2. (b) Shellstock sold on premises when the sale is the ultimate point of sale.
