For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

1. (a) “Department” means the State Department of Public Health, unless otherwise specified.
2. (b) “Eligible medical condition” means Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, other inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or another medical condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility.
