For the purpose of this article the term “garbage” includes any or all of the following:
- (a) Garbage.
- (b) Swill.
- (c) Refuse.
- (d) Cans.
- (e) Bottles.
- (f) Paper.
- (g) Vegetable matter.
- (h) Carcass of any dead animal.
- (i) Offal from any slaughter pen or butcher shop.
- (j) Trash.
- (k) Rubbish.
- (l) Radioactive waste materials.
- (m) Discarded, nonbiodegradable materials including plastics or damaged or broken marine equipment.
