For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

1. (a) “CEC” means a constituent of emerging concern.
2. (b) “Panel” means the Science Advisory Panel for CECs in drinking water specified in Section 116418.
3. (c) “Program” means the Constituents of Emerging Concern in Drinking Water Program specified in Section 116417.
