Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:

1. (a) “Authority” means the North Lake Tahoe Transportation Authority created under this title.
2. (b) “Board” means the board of directors of the authority.
3. (c) “Transportation” means mobility infrastructure including trails and transit.
