All notes issued pursuant to this part by the state are legal investments for any of the following:
- (a) Trust funds.
- (b) Funds of insurers.
- (c) Funds of savings and loan associations.
- (d) Funds of banks.
- (e) Funds of state agencies, cities, counties, cities and counties or other public agencies or corporations.
