The Attorney General shall lease facilities and equipment to connect the State Teletype System with the police department of each of the following cities:

1. (a) Paso Robles.
2. (b) Bishop.
3. (c) Santa Maria.
4. (d) Oceanside.
5. (e) Alameda.
6. (f) San Jose.
