The Attorney General shall lease facilities and equipment to connect the state teletype system with the police department of each of the following cities:

1. (a) San Leandro.
2. (b) San Mateo.
3. (c) Escondido.
4. (d) Coronado.
5. (e) Portola.
6. (f) Watsonville.
7. (g) Brawley.
8. (h) Tulare.
9. (i) Long Beach.
10. (j) Palo Alto.
11. (k) Bakersfield.
12. (l) Delano.
