The Attorney General shall lease facilities and equipment to connect the State Teletype System with sheriff’s office substations at:

1. (a) Monterey, in Monterey County.
2. (b) Needles and Barstow, in San Bernardino County.
3. (c) Indio and Blythe in Riverside County.
