For purposes of this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

1. (a) “Council” means the California Education Interagency Council established pursuant to Section 11902.
2. (b) “Managing entity” means the Office of the California Education Interagency Council established pursuant to Section 11904.
