The legislative manual shall be uniform in size and style with similar publications of previous sessions. It shall include:
- (a) A list of State officers.
- (b) Members and officers of both houses.
- (c) Lists of committees.
- (d) The rules of both houses and the joint rules.
- (e) Other information deemed by the Secretary and Chief Clerk to be of use to Members of the Legislature.
