The Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the Assembly shall:
- (a) Administer the constitutional oath of office to the employees of their respective houses.
- (b) Attend the session each day.
- (c) Perform the duties as prescribed for them by law or by the rules of their respective houses.
