Unless the context otherwise requires, for purpose of this article, the following definitions apply:

1. (a) “Agency” or “office” means the Office of Emergency Services.
2. (b) “California Emergency Management Agency” means the Office of Emergency Services.
3. (c) “Director” or “secretary” means the Director of Emergency Services.
