The work of the office shall be organized within the following offices or programs:

1. (a) CaliforniaVolunteers.
2. (b) The Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications.
3. (c) The California Youth Empowerment Commission established by the California Youth Empowerment Act (Chapter 3.4 (commencing with Section 8261)).
